Winter is here, and you know what that means…  Ski Season!! And the return of our annual ASHRAE Ski Weekend!!

We will be back at Whitefish Resort in Montana, so get your passports ready!

Booking Procedure:

Individual Reservations:

Please have guests call 877-887-4026 for their individual room reservations based on availability. Guests must identify themselves as being with the Ashrae Ski Group in order to receive the courtesy rate.

For Main Lodge and Viking Lodge rooms one night’s room and tax will be collected at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Three (3) days prior to arrival the remaining balance due on the entire stay will be deducted from the credit card on file and reservation will be considered non-refundable and non-transferrable.

For Lakefront Condominium reservations, one night’s room and tax will be collected at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Fourteen (14) days prior to arrival the remaining balance due on the entire stay will be deducted from the credit card on file and reservation will be considered non-refundable and non-transferrable.

For Luxury Home reservations, one night’s room and tax will be collected at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Thirty (30) days prior to arrival the remaining balance due on the entire stay will be deducted from the credit card on file and reservation will be considered non-refundable and non-transferrable.
