Diversity in ASHRAE is planning a Diversity focused meeting for March 2023. We are working with Nicole Imeson to highlight the collective experience of women in our the male-dominated industry. Nicole heads up GLOE (Glorious Ladies of Engineering), which is a group of Canadian Women in Engineering, focused on inspiring other women to pursue and continue careers in engineering. This meeting will highlight the contribution of women in ASHRAE, their unique experiences, and the benefits of diversity in leadership.
